These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Beze mobile application ("Service") operated by Beze ("we," "our," or "us").
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Beze app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
Description of Service
Beze is a social event planning application that allows users to:
- Create and manage events
- Invite contacts to events
- Share event information
- Connect with other users
- Manage social connections
User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others
Age Requirements
- Users must be at least 13 years of age
- Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent
- We reserve the right to verify age and request proof of parental consent
User-Generated Content
Content You Create
When you create content on Beze (events, profiles, messages), you retain ownership but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.
Child Safety - Zero Tolerance Policy
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHILD EXPLOITATION: Beze has a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behavior that endangers, exploits, or abuses children will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
Prohibited Child-Related Content and Behavior
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Child Sexual Abuse Materials (CSAM): Any imagery, videos, or content depicting sexual abuse of children
- Child Grooming: Befriending children to facilitate sexual contact or exploitation
- Inappropriate Interaction with Minors: Any sexual or inappropriate contact targeted at children
- Sextortion: Threatening or blackmailing children using intimate images
- Child Trafficking: Advertising or facilitating commercial sexual exploitation of children
- Sexualization of Minors: Content that sexualizes children or promotes their sexual exploitation
- Predatory Behavior: Any behavior designed to exploit, abuse, or endanger children
- Harmful Content for Children: Content promoting dangerous activities, self-harm, or inappropriate themes to minors

General Prohibited Content and Behavior
You agree NOT to create, upload, share, or distribute content that:
Content Violations
- Contains hate speech, discrimination, or promotes violence
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity
- Promotes illegal activities or substances
- Contains spam, scams, or fraudulent information
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Impersonates another person or entity
- Contains private information without consent
Behavioral Violations
- Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
- Creating fake profiles or accounts
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without permission
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Content Moderation
- We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content
- Users can report inappropriate content or behavior
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Repeated violations may result in permanent account suspension

Reporting and Enforcement
Child Safety Reporting (Priority)
- In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button and select "Child Safety Concern"
- Email Reporting: Send urgent reports to [email protected]
- Emergency: If a child is in immediate danger, call local emergency services first
- Response Time: Child safety reports are reviewed within 1 hour
General Content Reporting
- Users can report inappropriate content or behavior using in-app tools
- Reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken within 24 hours
- False reports may result in account restrictions
- Anonymous reporting is available for sensitive issues
Enforcement Actions
- Child Safety Violations: Immediate account suspension and law enforcement reporting
- CSAM: Immediate reporting to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
- General Violations: Warning, content removal, or account suspension
- Serious Violations: Permanent account termination and legal action
Termination
By You
- You may delete your account at any time - View account deletion instructions
- Deletion removes your profile and associated data
- Some information may be retained as required by law
By Us
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
- We may terminate the Service with reasonable notice
- Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through:
- In-app notifications
- Email notifications
- Updated "Last Updated" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
